gday all,

I joined because i recently repurchased silent hunter III because of some insanely cool youtube vids from WolfPack345, which made me think that this game HAS REALLY stood the test of time, like most sims made in to 2000's ... ie Falcon 4.0 (with mods), GTR 2(with mods etc), so I loved SH III when it first came out, i thought I would see how and why people still love it.

My first subsim was Silent Service on the Atari 520ST ... back when I was probably 8-13 years old (i guess because after that i think i converted to PC) ... but anyways ... i like all simulators ....

I have played the other Silent Hunters .... but SHIII seemed the most realistic even in the base model compared to IV and V ...
