Auto TDC and how to AIM - can't hit anything

Well, that's embarassing

After Many years of SH4, i've bought SH5 on steam and instaled TWOS, i can't hit anything with a torpedo!

From SH4, i've had used to make these steps

1 - go attack periscope
2 - Open torpedo tubes
3 - aim in the desired ship, lock a target, the in the attack map the "TDC" makes a line with an angle to compensate the speed, and torpedo will make a curve and go to the place where the target WILL BE, and unless she makes a extra move, will hit

but in SH5 with TWOS

1 - go to attack periscope
2 - open the tubes
3 - Aim the ship, lock the target TDC on (the speed dial stucks in 0)
4 - fire, and the torpedo goes to where i have aimed it, don't make that angle to encounters the ship

SH5
TWOS
manual targeting off in campaign settings

so

what is the common procedure to use the auto TDC?
What i'm doing wrong or missing?
