Default More stupidity.

Pardon me for being an old SH2, SH3 guy...but I think it's time to dump these old games? I have spent the last 2 months trying to get SH3 and GWX3 and ARB and any other acronyms you can possibly think of...to work. After all that work...what do I find? My own ships attacking me during my very first career mission. My own ships attacking each other!
I do believe there comes a time when we must "throw some dirt" on our old faves. I believe that time is now for SH3 (GWX or otherwise). No matter how many people I talk to, no matter how many "patches" and "Mods" and "yadda, yadda, yadda" I try...it's always the same. Before you jump on...I was the guy who spent YEARS making FS9 work...because FSX SUCKED. I have spent countless hours trying to make my old faves work.

I just don't think, after all the crap that I've done, that SH3 is viable.

I do appreciate everyone's help in this, my last attempt...but, at some point, we must realize that really OLD stuff is just...really old stuff?

For myself, I believe I will look for new simulations. I have spent decades trying to "relive" the old ones...I believe it is time to give that up.

May you always reach the surface.
