Easy Sub Sims For Old Brains :)

Howdy,

While I am trying to get my head around all things "Silent Hunter" I thought I could give my mind some R&R by playing less demanding submarine simulations (games?). Any ideas?

Not sure if you're looking for a particular era, but Cold Waters is pretty easy to pick up with respect to switchology. It has 60s and 80s Cold War against the Soviets and 90s against the Chinese. The AI can be tough, but that's typically the part people want to be the challenge, isn't it?

Hi FP - Thanks for the suggestion. I watched some videos of CW. Very interesting, but I like being inside the sub where the "picture" is in the mind as well as needing to use ded-reckoning and CelNav skills.
