Default Algorithms, data and economical world supremacy

http://translate.google.com/translat..._12356730.html

This woman has always confused me. She is member and was boss of the SED party Die Linke, and was (is?) as strictly left as one can be, imo. But then time and again she shows up with analysis and opinion pieces like this that are anythign but dogmatically left and that are of an orientation that it could have been me writing them.

There are instances however were I would confront her head on.

Well, Mrs Wagenknecht is not dumb for sure, but she draws the wrong conclusions. I also think i cannot vote for a successor party of the SED.

If this kind of data abuse it is willfully supported by all sides .. everyone should know how easily big data can be used, for all kinds of power abuse (and has been: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_und_der_Holocaust

Humans tend to do what is possible, what is possible today with all this data and algorithms is almost unbelievable. Of course there are other methods not only for economy, but for sheer power manipulation and targeting certain groups of people.. no need to be willfully ignorant.
B.t.w.: Report on russian interference in US elections:

But since obviously all do it for all purposes..

Its not even intel agencies collecting that data that I am concerned abiout here, or Wagenknecht wrote about. Its about the economical weakness and vulnerability and exploitablity of Europe that the European impotence brings. And nthis although just yesterday I wrote in reply to Bilde Rat in the Germany thread about the need for Europe to emancipate itself from a now unpredictably and irresponsibly acting America whose good willingness it can no longer rest upon. The demand for that is correct. But I have not really illusions about it happening. That is especially true fore Germany, france for exmaple ma ynot be more capable - but at least they have the dream and the will to become stronger again. Same for Britian, they cnanot be a big empire anymore, but at least they will the wish to be glorious and powerful again. The Germans do not even want to be that. Small, grey, harmless. The German triumvirat of virtues. That makes me sick. Political hypersensitivity and overcorrectness goes without explicit mentioning. But crawling is just not my thing.
