Batteries

Just a quick question on Battery Level.
How fast does it go down?
Currently i have Upgraded Motor Officer to Battery Capacity Level 2 but my Batteries seem to drain quickly.

I dove to 20 meters and cut all Engines and sat there taking a sound Reading for 5 mins and lost 2% Charge from 100% fully charged Batts. Is this right?

I just seem to remember Batteries going down a lot slower when I first started this game or has this been tweaked with the TWoS Updates?

I may just be remembering this wrong but thought I would ask.
