Harbour Traffic Mod Standalone version SH3

Coming back to SH3 after SH4!
I would like this mod but the download links are dead.
This brings it all to life.
Thanks in advance if anybody can locate it.

I only just realised i had been using the wrong version before!

Wil try gwx eventually, still a noob at the moment once i get into sh3 properly will certainly try it, i downloaded & read the manual a few months ago, excellent read.

Shame about sh4 it looked so promising.
