You always have to be careful with these artistic photos with a backstory that might not be too true. Often we're seeing composite photos, sometimes with duplicated features between photos. Looks like photo 2 and photo 5 share some elements pasted into each, with definitely incompatible elements pasted together, especially in #2. I'll do some research and post my results. You'll find them very interesting. I'd say the clouds definitely could have been photographed nowhere else than a plane at altitude. The rest? Beautiful photos, regardless, showcasing great artistic ability!
