Workshop sound?

Hi All.
Thought I`d give SH5 a go, (gold edition Ubisoft), and have loaded the TWoS mega mod and update. Game runs ok so far, but I have the sound of all the workshop activity in the starting sub pen still going on in the background. Is this a bug or does it disappear once out into waters away form start base?
PS - omg, just walked my skipper into the engine room and my boat decided to do all kinds of crazy things and ended up sinking!! WTF?
PPS - my bad. I ran aground!!! lols

Ok. Seems to be all ok now.
