Is this a normal screen layout for a clean install

Hi I have installed a new operating system of windows 10 and then installed a fresh copy of Silent Hunter 5 from my Steam Library.. but i fail to find a display bar for oxygen fuel battery.. here is a screen shot of my pc, can you please tell me if what you see if normal or if i have something definatly missing from my game of Silent Hunter 5 stock install..

Load the TWOS mod after updating to 1.2.0. The stock game is a hopeless waste of time.

i have downloaded the update for steam users so i will see if that makes things better when i get some spare time
