Need Help

Ok. I am having an issue. I have the TWOS update. And for the life of me, I can't find the little torpedo aiming window while in periscope.

In the vanilla game, in the lower left hand corner is a "aiming" window that appears. I want that in my TWOS version.

What am I missing?
