Very sad... her career as a comic actress seemed uninterrupted for many decades. She appeared in so many movies and more recently a long run as Edina's mother in 'AbFab' on TV

Of course she also had a notable radio career

She was also in 'Last of The Summer Wine' for the last episodes of the series. It ran for 37 years (1973-2010) and was a favorite of Queen Elizabeth.
