Finding the JSGME Generic Mod Enabler and newbie mods

Hello all!

I think it is known that JSGMEs download link no longer works, I was wondering if anyone knew anywhere else to get the mod loader. I hope there is a location to find it, if not any recomendations? Any good mods for newbies would be well recived and appreciated. I have been looking for a SH 3 mods that are highly recomended or even needed to have a fun near or complete realistic expereince.

at Subsim the pride runs deep we look after our own

Also the Commander Mod 3.2 this mod is a must if your playing a SH3 Campaign lets you set the number of days spent in port before your next patrol
and you can give your Officers other qualifications eg watch officer medic Helmsman torpedoman link below
