Recently been trying to play multiplayer over TCP/IP. My friends cannot see my server over my regular IPv4 address (external ip used for connection via Whois) and I have forwarded the ports in the manual as wells as tried DMZ.
We installed hamachi and forced the game to use hamachi IPv4 and the server is easily connected to. I hate using hamachi and feel that connection via internal adapter should work fine... anyone have experience getting the game to connect fine over regular IPv4 connection? |

I also don't recommend hamachi - its causes many problems for players.
Im not internet connection expert but you can ask on DWDL discord channel ![]() Some people there can help you with connection problems. I can only host session for testing connections. Im usually host for bigger DW matches. Dangerous Waters - Data Link BTW, my nick on DWDL is pepe |
