LSH3 install problem ! [no valid SH3.exe] Help !

It's the first time I try LSH, I wanted to install it but an error message warned me "no valid SH3.exe"... I don't know what to do I already try the tips of removed space between Silent Hunter but it doesn't impact this problem... Do you know what to do ? I'm under windows 7 and runing steam version of SH3.

Just a quick guess...Right click the SH3 .exe file, click properties and ensure that "Read Only" is unchecked.
