Uplay...games synchronisation

Hi All,
I've set up Uplay to play offline.
However I get "Please wait until games are Syncronised from Server" "saved games are syncronised from server" when loading SH5 Twos 2.2
Is this Normal? If not what am I doing wrong?
Edit:- Game plays ok just concerned with time it takes to load.

Yes that will still happen IIRC as your games are still being backed up but taken from your own saved games folder.
