I'm not sure Jim. Maybe the dictators just need to spend more money for advertising and all the great things they are doing.

Heh, Putin being a dictator. But I guess after a decade of demonisation that is where he ends being.

Amusingly barechested Putin memes were more significant abroad than domestically.
