Basically during the regular President's address to the Federal Assembly (sort of like the state of the union I guess?) after all the socio-economic stuff Putin began to talk about the new strategic nuclear means in the context of the US BMD.

I vote it should at least be used as the NATO designation.

With the exception of the doom cruise missile all of the programs are well known and appear to be fairly mature. I believe doom torp was covered here multiple times for example.

It would be a good idea, to ban any dirty radioactive weapons polluting and irradiating the environment.

Using an unshielded reactor that will add to the destruction on impact, apart from testing those weapons and let them fall into the ocean?

There is no sympathy, or empathy, and absolutely no regard to people or environment. They will not stop for, or at, anything. It's the same with Russia. And recently it seems, with the US.
