Question: Ocean transparency in CW

Ahoy captains,
I bought the game yesterday and I can share only more than positive feedback - great gameplay, graphics, artwork and music!
I was curious is there a modifier in the configuration files for water transparency from the air (bird-eye view) because now when you are on periscope depth the submarine is not visible from above (and it should be in my opinion, for example -SH4 this was made very well)
Of course this is absolutely not an issue at all - and under-water graphics and lighting are superb.
