creation of new subs

Hello,i play cold waters and i want create new subs with a 3d modelisation!
But i don't know any software who can help me in this project. If you have an advice to help me i'll take it!

Unfortunately, that isn't possible currently.

Trust me, I've got so many plans for when that becomes possible.
