Ship identification book?

I played SH3 for a long long time and have just got into SH4. I know that when I'm the periscope in SH3 I can bring up the ship identification booklet ot help me identify ships but I just can't find it for SH4. Can anyone tell me where I can find it, activate it etc..?
It's really harming me that I don't know the draught of the enemy ships.

Isn't it on one of the bottom Tabs when you're at the periscope station? I've modded my game so much I don't recall if I edited it in or if it's a stock feature.

Look at the Tabs though, it should have a Tooltip too if you hover over it.

Be sure to open your outer torpedo 'doors' before you fire, those few seconds delay will make you miss if you don't.

"n" brings up ID book in stock, GFO, and RSRD.
