Cold Waters: Is there an interior view?

Is there an interior view like a sim or is it just 3rd person/WoWs style?

I haven't seen any screens or videos showing the inside yet. I was really hoping this would be a full sim and you could take the Conn and roam the ship etc like in SH5.

they said from the very beginning that there was no interior view except for the periscope view.
