Depth charge shake 2v

Not sure if this was a working mod. so i was looking into the file and found a file named SH3.sdl. The file icon was the 7zip logo, so I was wondering if 7zip extracted it properly?

If so, where does this file go? it was just sitting in the documentation folder of the mod.

If not, how to properly extract this file and utilize it?

Thats a sound file.
Should be some .wav files as well that the modified SH3.sdl executes in the game:-
shake.wav
shake2.wav
shake3.wav
Steam burst.wav

It needs to be installed in the data/sound folder.
The Depth Charge installation files should already be organised to correct folders.

Note:- I refered to Longer Repair Times v2.04 for the info.

Thank you. The file just looks strange with the 7zip logo on it. The last file I downloaded like that I needed assistance to properly open it. Appreciate the help.
