I returned after lots of real life issues and have loaded Sh5 (which I uninstalled after playing it 2 hours the day it came out). I have added the TWOS mod and will probably have lots of future questions. But one I have now is ......When I load a save do I always have to go "down inside the sub" before some of the mod options to start working? If that makes sense.

Welcome back!!

I think to be able to teleport, you need to go down inside the conning tower. After you go down once it will make it work anywhere. Any other questions?

Yes you need to go from the bridge down the first ladder.
You will then be able to teleport without problems.
