Help getting Darkwraiths Newui TDC to work

Hi all, about to give up.

I've got JSGME installed and im trying to get Darkwraith's newUI_TDC 7_5_0 to work.

however no matter what i do, I am not getting those lovely dials to work with when i go to the periscope.

I've started a new patrol and its definately been dragged across into activated mods on JSGME.

normally i'm pretty good at this stuff. stumped....

There are many folders within the mod .
