Stumbled over this is context with the Get Windows X war against Microsoft customers, and while he probably had the full interview done with a perspective from and on Apple, Microsoft - and other companies as well! - could learn from it. Its not even especially ingenious thoughts, just plain, healthy reason. Kiss Microsoft goodbye.
