Weapon Officer and torpedo solution.

Sometimes im lazy so i want my WO to calculate the torpedo solution.
The problem is that he calculates the solution almost immediately.
I think that's highly unrealistic. Is there anyway to change the time of WO how fast he can calculate the torpedo solution? Lets say he need about 10 min. I think that would be much more realistic. I was trying to look under basic.cfg for any crew parameters to change but with not luck.
Does anyone know how to change that or is there any mod for that?
