Is USS Constitution armed and battle ready??
Yes I know this is probably a stupid question, being that she is over 200 years old and pretty outdated for war.
However she is still a commissioned and registered as an active Vessel in the US navy registry. What are the rules for active us navy warships and how do they apply to old iron sides? Anybody know?
