Von Due is correct; that is (one of) the Union of South Africa's National Flags. But, as the article he provided a link to points out, it is not the flag that was flown by SA merchant ships; its use in the game is incorrect.
The Schiffsflaggen chart shows the correct maritime flags for South Africa; the "White Ensign" for Naval vessels and the "Red Ensign" for merchant ships. A printable version of the sheet is Figure 91 on pg. 95 of the GWX User's Manual. |
