If it is possible, you have to transfer the old SH3\cfg folder with your current (GWX) career data from MyDocuments into the new SH3 folder for LSH3 - again in MyDocuments.

You may want to compare the data and the structure of those files first. Give it a try and report - or ask THEBERBSTER here aboard. He gives LSH3 support.
