Default Weird reflections

I got hit with a Bugbear from an unknown source and I had to reset my computer. I reinstalled everything including SH3, but when testing the installation I noticed this glitch in the reflections.

Any idea of what this is or how to fix it?

I have exactly the same problem, and others told me that it was coming from the graphics card.

I have only had this problem in ports and harbors. It has been there since the game came out. Do not know if there is a fix. But I don't spend time in port so I never gave it a second thought. It's worse in sub pens.

I had it too. It turned out that the default graphics processor for my PC was the onboard Intel graphics chip. The super-duper NVidia card wasn't even being asked to play.

The fix? Go to Control Panel and find the NVidia Control Panel. Open it up and look for a line that says "Choose the preferred graphics processor for this program." Select "High performance Nvidia processor." You may have to restart the computer for it to take effect.

I don't know the exact formula for AMD processors, but it should be similar.
