Back to SH3
I left SH3 for the newer, sexier SH4 and then SH5. I played the later with many good mods. But I just came back to SH3 after years away. I have been loving playing it again. And I say this about SH3 over 4 and 5: There's magic in it's playability that was never captured again in 4 and 5. With the GWX mod, it feels both realistic and fun at the same time.
Taken me awhile but I've come home.... |

SH3 is the best. I never tried SH5, but I'm pretty convinced about the general opinion, that says its not as good as SH3.
...Yes, of course.If it doesn't simulate German subs, it just can't be the best, no matter how good it may be.
