Wolves of steel help?

So I finally got wolves of steel set up and I'm trying to figure it out. Does anybody have any good tutorials, or is there a manual I didn't see?

Also I can't get my torpedo, crew and ship interfaces of come up, the only one that I can get is the captains log. Glitch or part of the mod?

Also when on the surface, none of my lookouts are on the conning tower.

Any input would be nice
