Default [REL] Intel graphics glitch fix....

Before i start, id like to add that this was never intended to be a mod for release, it was just me editing my own install
to make it more tolerable playing sh3 with an intel gfx card. But seeing as im not the only one suffering with this particular
glitch i thought id share my attempt at a solution.

This mod is intended for users of intel graphics cards who are experiencing a bug where reflections
on the waters surface flicker and/or appear all bunched up in the lower left corner. See here http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...el+reflections

The mod works by removing reflections for the sun/clouds/moon as well as the reflections for the most common uboat types:
VIIb (with turm1)
VIIb (with turm2)
VIIc (with turm1)

Unfortunatly there is no master switch to turn off all reflections, each object must be edited individualy and with 100s
of ships/planes and subs in game that would take forever, this mod just removes the most common causes of annoyance.
All ships/harbour objects still have reflections so will still be a problem, but for me this partial solution at least makes
it easier to live with, the bug only being noticable in harbour and near ships.

Just place into your MODS folder and activate via JSGME.
This mod is designed for use with GWX3(gold) 8km atmosphere ONLY, enabling with any other supermod or 16-20Km atmosphere may
result in a black sky.
It may possibly work with stock sh3 too but this has not been tested so use at you own risk.
