Wolves of Steel patch

When I try to download the Wolves of Steel patch (14) from Subsim I get some crap about "Invalid file ID".
What do I do to get this patch without this happening.

Hi Digger
There is a problem with the download.
You should put any TWOS queries on the TWOS thread.
