I wonder if you can really get the fidelity out of a cell phone image posted on a website to be able to reconstruct a barcode. From what I understand, barcodes are pretty tight tolerance wise.

I don't know either, but according to this lady, someone a FB-friend have collected the money.

I have seen on some homepage a barcode and it said hold your smartphone with your barcode scanner and scan the code.

Maybe this is what this "Friend" did.
