Need help with TWOS

I had to format my computer and reinstall windows 10. Although i had no problem with the previous installation, i'm having strange UI issues specially the main screen where most options is misaligned and overlapping each other, plus there are some popups related to the journal that can be closed.
Any tip about this? It's like an overlap between the unmodded ui and the modded one

Update: Nevermind, it is solved. Somehow during the installation something messed up.
