Started a new career after my last kaleun made it to December of '44 before becoming another name on a list. It's September of 42 now and I have just fired every torp on my type vii, only to have none hit. The last salvo I fired at the large convoy I have shadowed for two days was set for the shallowest depth and impact fuses. Out of curiosity I used external camera and every torp ran at least 20m deep. I know there were torp issues in 42, but I don't remember it being THIS bad. I'm rearming at a tender and on my return trip I have half a mind to just engage with the deck gun.

Any ideas if this is just bad luck or did my file tinkering cause this?
