Crew management mod

Is there a stand alone mod available that would let me avoid micro-managing the crew so that they are always rested? I tried to search the mods, but I didn't find anything.

Not a mod but a third party app that does this and many other things

Managing and developing the crew can be a rewarding part of the game experience - after a few patrols, I usually get to know all of my men - not only by their first names, but I also know their strengths and weaknesses.

The only thing I don't have to worry about is feeding them . . .
