SH3 and SH4 Operation Monsoon mod comparison question

I want to give U-boats a try, should I play SH3 or SH4 modded with Operation Monsoon?

Having played both, I would recommend SH3 modded with the most recent version of Grey Wolves. In addition I would add U-47's surface ship MOD. Hunting with the Graf Spee is fun. Also look for the SH3 commander mod.

Both are very good, you should try it and compare.
For me SH4/OM is better for graphics, but SH3/GWX has better atmosphere. For SH3/GWX you can find many mods making this game still alive and fantastic.

I agree with jaxa. I have SH3/GWX, SH3/LSH and SH4/OM and use all three (as well as SH4/TMO) and enjoy all of them. Each one has some features that are better than the others and some things to offer that the others don't have. If you've got the HD memory to do so, use Multi-SH3 and Multi-SH4 and install all of them...good hunting!
