Radar antenna Up/Down for Nygm 3.6F

It's reconstraction of the old work adapted to NYGM...
It was maded for GWX as one of the five variants... end of 2009.
I'm in no hurry to publish it... i continued to find more nice options... but in January 2010, my home computer died (motherboard) and later I learned that the HDD is also dead. All my works have disappeared.
I almost did not cooperate with the forum... lost interest... absolutely is absent feedback on my mods...
but seeing as some users scratching their heads over an older version of the mod... decided public the reconstruction is not new, but one of the latest variants.

I don't play NYGM, but I think this is a great thing. Everybody deserves a chance to use your wonderful mods.

As for feedback, sometimes it comes in places you wouldn't know about.

Every new mod for GWX, especially so useful and made by such qualified modder, is appreciated.
I'd like to use it for my mods compilation.

This mod I made in December 2009... therefore it's not new mod

I need feedback to know the weaknesses of the mod and improve it... and feedback should be in release thread...
but find and read "empty" chattering unknown where, not for me. I want technical talking.
You do not know the motivation of the emergence of that one or another my mod... therefore, curb your imagination...

Is there a way to make the radio antenna go up automatically when surfacing? I'm not using JSGME. I used the commands and such.
