Wolves of steel 1.03 - milk cows

Hi guys!

I'm currently playing the beginning of the campaign (Eastern coastal waters) and soon my torpedoes stock will be depleted (I've intercepted 12 ship convoy near Edinborough and I'm planning to shoot everything at them) so I wanted to ask about milk cows considering that I'm using WoS 1.03 and on the beginning of the campaign - is it working? I would like to rearm at sea so I don't loose too much time getting back to home port.

afaik milk cows will be available by historical date and place . You should be notified by radio message when and where one is available . Read all the radio messages . early 1940 is one of them .
