As I understand it, historically, neutral merchants were almost always considered valid targets. How is this implemented in GWX? Should I be sinking neutral ships around England? How will my renown be affected by sinking neutral merchants?
Do you generally attack neutral merchants in your patrols? What about darkened ships at night? |

The game will penalize you for sinking any neutral ship. You will lose renown equal to that ship's "worth", and that country will consider you an enemy for 24 hours.
Here is a thread discussing how to deal with that. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/show...eutral+shippin
