Mod to get bearing wheel around sub when zoomed in?

In SH3, when you zoom in to a certain point on your sub a bearing wheel appears over your uboat, with 0 degrees aligned with the sub's bow. This wheel rotates with the uboat.

This makes it very easy to draw lines from the uboat's position out at certain bearings.

Also it gives me a sense of scale. When I zoom in and you see the wheel it also gives ranges around the sub in concentric rings. In SH5 I have no sense of distance on the map without drawing lines. I know there is a distance legend in the corner but that is not nearly as helpful.

Is there a way to get this in SH5?
