[REQ] Hula bobble girl on navigation table

That moves the same direction as the sub.

I was looking at 3d models but I am just a novice. I could probably get one on the table, but making it move is beyond me.

Can anyone make one?

I was thinking about this last night. The coffee cup moves back and forth.

Make the legs static, and the top half move like the coffee cup.

I could probably do that, the problem I have would be that the coffee cup moves back and forth. I don't know how to change the movement to more of a pivot on a point. The back and forth motion wouldn't look that good for a hula girl doll.
