Such a shame, a talented actor, director and all round good guy. I read his book 'I am Spock' which recalls some of the problems he had adjusting to the fame surrounding his character.

RIP Mr Nimoy and thank you for everything.

It was not logical: but he taught me that wanting was often more fun than having! And that has saved me a lot of trouble in life...

I shall miss his council greatly!

He was last seen playing Doctor William Bell on Fringe.

I guess old Jar Jar Abrams had a soft spot for Mister Nimoy.

Not many of the old Trek crew are left.
I thank them all for sparking my imagination as a kid.
