Default Algae mod?

Is there a mod, compatible with TMO 2.5, that removes or reduces the amount of algae in the water? It's fine in like harbors and the like, but should it really be that prevalent in the open ocean?

Or you can open the Data file, go to Misc, open it and delete the Impurities DDS PIC.

Thanks! I removed the Impurities file and that didn't... quite work. lol

Now I can't see anything under water. Algae is gone, but the water is now opaque. lol

Sorry about the opaque water. I must have another mod with a impurities DDS in it that overrides that. Try the link to Websters remove plankton mod.

Yeah the plankton/algae is a bit excessive. Wouldn't be so bad if there was something around to eat it all.

Would have been a nice touch to hear fish, earthquakes and whales on the sonar ... in real life you can ever hear the water lapping at the sides of a DD above you while it's dead in the water and that was in the 40's. You can hear even more now.
