Found Alfa class on youtube - some questions

Some days ago I found a link to download the Alfa class on YouTube (ask Google for "Silent Hunter 4 Alfa class" if you are interested) and now I am playing the US-campaign with it.
Problem is:
the sonar-guys do not Report any contact and sonar itself says unknown even if they are on top of me.
The German campaign works fine. All things do as they are supposed to do, no ctd or bugs or whatever, even sonar works.

The loadingscreen says "Projekt 705/705 K Alfa Class SSN by JSH 2012"

Does anyone know this mod?

Maybe the creator is a member?

How can I fix the non-working sonar with S3D?

Is there a readme around or a changelog?

Was it ripped from a mod and the source is not the creator?
As stated on YouTube it Comes with a russian speech pack.

Can Torpedos be moved from german to Us campaign?

If so, how?

Well, thanks for the wishes and the Sub!

The Name of the package IS as you said and it is not necessary to get the russian-speech-pack, so maybe that is an earlier Version of the Sub.
Will download the package you gave the link to and see if there is any difference in the Folders.

And again thank you for this great Little Sub!

Download Paul's Russian grew found here in SUBSIM RR for the battle for the Baltic p.1.mod. Make 2 new folders somewhere. Extract the zip file into one of the new folders. Open your SH4 exe., file and open the games sound file and go to speech there and open it. Copy all 9 of those files and paste them to the remaining new folder and go back and delete the 9 files from your SH4 sound file and then copy and paste the downloaded files into your SH4 game sound/speech file... This will give you the Russian crew speech without changing the menu files they will still be in your language. Note then all of your other missions and mods will have the Russian sound. When ever you are finished enjoying that you just reverse the process.. This will work for all types of speech files made by the modders whether it is German or Spanish ect.. If you use a wave player with record you can make your own sound files with your voice or taken off of movie clips.

Solved the sonar-Problem.

JP works fine so far only range is a bit short.

But, hey! The war just started.....
