[TEC] CTD When recieving Bdu message.

I keep getting a CTD when I get a reply back from Bdu after a statis report. I am running at TC 256 and then as the message comes in the game pauses for a split second and then crashes. Here is my mod list.

I have Both stiebler and hsie's patches enabled. Every other aspect of the game seems to be running well, just this issue. I am also using sh3 commander and I have the TC setting set to 1 when receiving a radio message. I set to 8 to see if that might have been an issue but it didn't help.

Okay, it has something to do with the hard code fixes. When I tick the option for Bdu messages under Stieblers fixes and untick the option under hsie fixes I don't get the crash. But when I switch them or tick both I get the crash. Any ideas?
