When going from the WSM to a submarine MOD, the sub ends up missing the rear tubes, torpedoes and external reloads. This happens no matter if there are mods activated or not.
Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

Rule number 1 with modding:
Never change mods while you are on a patrol. In some cases not even within the same campagin. Your carreer status and savegames might end up getting corrupted. |

Yeah, I always remove all mods and then install the ones I need for whatever campaign I need. I do have separate installs of SH3, so separate in fact that it's on a different computer, where the switching of mods works fine. So I use one for sub and one for surface. I could probably do my own multiplayer game.
